Public Right of Access Confirmed The Court of Common Pleas of Huntingdon County, PA ruled in favor of opening a 1.3 mile section of the Little Juniata River near the Village of Spruce Creek in Huntingdon County. The operators of a fishing club claiming ownership to the middle of the streambed of the Little Juniata adjoining Camp Espy Farms have been informed the public maintains a right of access to the public waterway. Nearly 700 complaints have been filed against "Dinecheck" with the AG's Bureau of Consumer Protection. "Dinechecks" sold through the company's website and in mall kiosks in $10 and $25 denominations were redeemable for food and beverage purchases at participating restaurants.
