The program connects adults and children through the reading material. From the book's cover and illustrations to your child's favorite parts, you will become actively engaged in the experience. Attend local events supporting the program's reading material. One hundred traveling trunks filled with fun book-related puppets and games for young children will be visiting local communities in support of this year's selection. Libraries and educators receiving a trunk will also find an activity guide encouraging the use of the trunk contents in activities aligned with the PA Early Learning Standards.
